Who we are

The operator is KODA FOOD, s. r. o., registered office Lietavská 5, 851 06 Bratislava — mestská časť Petržalka, company ID 45282081, tax ID 2022948950, VAT ID SK2022948950, registered in the Commercial Register of Mestský súd Bratislava III, oddiel Sro, vložka č. 62384/B.

We prepare the catering at Bufet Béčko, Ilkovičova 3, Bratislava — inside the FEI STU building. That is also where you will find us.

How an order is created

We take orders by phone, text message, email or through the contact form on this website. Neither the form nor a phone call is a binding order yet — it is an enquiry.

An order is valid only once we have confirmed it. The confirmation states the composition, quantity, price, and the date and time of delivery. The contract is formed upon confirmation.

We recommend arranging larger orders well in advance — our production capacity is limited and can be reserved for a given date only once confirmed.

Prices and what they include

Prices shown on the website are in euros and apply to the standard offer in the stated weights and sizes. For non-standard requests we agree the price in advance.

Consumables and packaging are added to the order value, usually €2 – €3 depending on the size of the order. Trays and packaging are single-use and stay with you.

The offer on the website is indicative. We reserve the right to change prices; for an order already confirmed, the price stated in the confirmation always applies.

Delivery and collection

Production and delivery run Monday to Saturday. Sunday is our day off.

• For orders over €100, delivery within Bratislava is free.
• For orders under €100 we charge €6 for delivery within Bratislava.
• Delivery outside Bratislava can be arranged individually.
• You can also collect your order in person at our premises, at the time agreed in the confirmation.

Please check the contents on handover. If something is not right, tell us straight away — that is when it is easiest to put right.

Payment

Payment is made in cash on handover, or by bank transfer against an invoice if agreed in advance. The payment method is stated in the order confirmation.

For larger orders we may require a deposit. Its amount and due date are agreed in advance.

Changing and cancelling an order

You can change or cancel your order by phone or email. As the food is prepared fresh for a specific date, please let us know as early as possible — no later than 48 hours before the agreed delivery.

If you cancel at shorter notice, we may charge you for the ingredients and preparation costs already incurred.

This is the preparation of food to your specification with a short shelf life, so the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply.

Quality, storage and allergens

Everything is prepared fresh on the day of delivery. These are perishable foods — keep them refrigerated at up to 5 °C and ideally consume them on the day of delivery.

Storage after handover is the customer's responsibility. We are not liable for quality after the recommended consumption period has passed, or where the food has been stored incorrectly.

If any of your guests has an allergy or special dietary requirements, tell us when ordering. We can prepare vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free options. Allergen information for individual products is available on request.

Complaints

If you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us as soon as possible — ideally on handover, and no later than the day of delivery. Complaints can be made by phone on 0903 056 157 or by email to info@partypochutky.sk.

We handle complaints without undue delay, within 30 days at the latest. Depending on what we agree, we will resolve it by replacement, a discount or a refund.

If we have not resolved a dispute to your satisfaction, as a consumer you may contact the Slovak Trade Inspection or use the alternative dispute resolution platform.

Final provisions

Matters not governed by these terms are subject to the law of the Slovak Republic. We process personal data as described in the Privacy policy.

We may amend these terms. For an order already confirmed, the wording in force on the day of confirmation always applies.
