What data we process
If you write to us via the contact form, we process your name, email address, optionally your phone number, the event date, the interest categories you ticked and the text of your message.
We need this data solely to reply to you, prepare a quotation and handle your order. We do not use it for profiling or automated decision-making.
Legal basis and retention
We process the data in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, and to perform the contract. Invoice data is kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require.
The enquiry itself is kept only for as long as needed to handle it, and no longer than one year from the last communication.
Who we share data with
Messages from the form are delivered by our email service provider, and the website runs on the Vercel platform. Both act as processors and handle the data only on our instructions.
We do not pass the data to third parties for marketing purposes and we do not sell it.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict processing, to data portability and to object to processing. Just write to us at info@partypochutky.sk.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
